Top 5 Business Apps Performance on iOS in Italy for Q1 2022

Throughout the first quarter of 2022, the top five business apps on iOS in Italy exhibited diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides a detailed look at the performance of these apps.

Google Meet (original) experienced a notable peak in weekly downloads early in the quarter, reaching approximately 99K in the week of January 10. However, downloads gradually declined, stabilizing around 18K to 19K towards the end of March. Active users surged from around 145K at the start of the quarter to over 402K by mid-January, before tapering off to approximately 276K by the end of March.

Zoom Workplace saw a steady increase in active users, peaking at 1.3M in mid-January. The number of weekly downloads also spiked early in the quarter, reaching around 33K in the week of January 10, before gradually declining to just over 20K by the end of March.

Microsoft Teams showed a consistent performance in terms of active users, starting at approximately 236K and peaking at around 599K by early March. Weekly downloads followed a similar trend, rising to a high of 28K in mid-January and then gradually decreasing to around 18K by the end of the quarter.

Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF maintained a stable revenue stream throughout the quarter, with weekly revenue hovering around $11K to $14K. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at approximately 18K in the week of February 21, while active users remained relatively steady, averaging around 370K to 388K.

LinkedIn: Network & Job Finder saw a consistent increase in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $43K in late February. Downloads remained steady, with minor fluctuations around 10K to 12K throughout the quarter. Active users showed a slight upward trend, ending the period at around 266K.
